Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on zelazny.se (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms comply with Swedish consumer law, including:

  • Konsumentköplagen (Consumer Purchase Act)
  • Distansavtalslagen (Distance Contracts Act)
  • E‑handelslagen (E‑commerce Act)

2. Delivery Area (South Sweden Only)

We deliver exclusively to selected postal codes in southern Sweden.

Eligible postal code ranges: 10 000 – 77 999

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside this region will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Delivery includes:

  • transport to your address,
  • carrying service,
  • installation of furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the address is outside the supported region or inaccessible for logistical reasons.


3. Products and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations may occur.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to VAT changes, supplier pricing, or obvious errors.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Klarna
  • Other methods available at checkout

An order becomes binding once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation.


5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location within the supported region. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as transport companies or weather conditions.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

You must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported immediately to contact@zelazny.se.

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may affect your right to compensation.


7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under Distansavtalslagen, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, notify us at contact@zelazny.se before the 14‑day period expires.

Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for a refund:

  • the item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging,
  • all accessories and components must be included.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

For large furniture (beds, sofas, heavy items), the customer may be charged the actual cost of return transport, as permitted by Swedish law.


8. Returns of Large Furniture

For returns of large items:

  • The customer must prepare the item for pickup in its original condition.
  • If the item cannot be repackaged, we may deduct reasonable costs for repackaging or handling.
  • If special transport is required due to size or weight, the customer may be charged the actual return shipping cost.

We will inform you of any such costs before processing the return.


9. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom‑made or personalized products,
  • products manufactured according to customer specifications,
  • items that have been assembled, altered, or modified by the customer,
  • gift cards,
  • items sold as final sale (if clearly stated at purchase).

10. Complaints and Defects

If your item is defective, you may file a complaint under Konsumentköplagen.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Contact: contact@zelazny.se

If the complaint is approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for defects caused by:

  • improper use,
  • lack of maintenance,
  • damage caused after delivery.

11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.


12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages such as:

  • loss of income,
  • business interruption,
  • additional costs caused by delays or delivery issues.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order unless otherwise required by Swedish law.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Swedish data protection laws. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.


14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be resolved through:

  • ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) – Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes
  • Local Swedish courts
