Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – Required by Swedish and EU Law)

If you are a consumer residing in Sweden or another EU country, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@zelazny.se before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the 14‑day withdrawal right:

  • the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging,

  • all accessories, manuals, and components must be included,

  • the product must be handled only to the extent necessary to determine its nature and function.

If the item has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value, as permitted by Swedish law.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@zelazny.se. Returns must be sent to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Large Furniture (Beds, Sofas, Heavy Items)

For large furniture items:

  • The customer is responsible for preparing the item for pickup in its original condition.

  • If the item cannot be repackaged, we may deduct reasonable costs for repackaging or handling.

  • If special transport is required due to size or weight, the customer may be charged the actual return shipping cost, in accordance with Distansavtalslagen.

We will inform you of any such costs before processing the return.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@zelazny.se. We will assess the issue and provide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Konsumentköplagen (Swedish Consumer Purchase Act).

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom‑made or personalized products,

  • products manufactured according to customer specifications,

  • items that have been assembled, altered, or modified by the customer,

  • gift cards,

  • items sold as final sale (if clearly stated at purchase).

7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.
