Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within the following Swedish postal code range:

10 000 – 77 999

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside this range will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

This delivery area covers Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, and the majority of central and southern Sweden, while excluding northern regions with limited logistics availability.


2. Delivery Services Included

For all eligible addresses within the delivery area, we provide:

  • Home delivery
  • Carrying service to the room of choice
  • Assembly/installation of furniture (beds, sofas, large items)
  • Removal of packaging materials

These services are included at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location within the supported region. Typical delivery time: 5–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic, or carrier delays.

We will notify you if your delivery is expected to be significantly delayed.


4. Delivery Conditions

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • The customer must provide accurate address and contact information.
  • The delivery location must be accessible for standard transport vehicles.
  • The customer must ensure that hallways, staircases, and doorways allow safe movement of the product.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility or incorrect information, additional fees may apply.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is not available at the agreed delivery time:

  • A new delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
  • If the customer refuses delivery without valid reason, the order may be treated as a return under the 14‑day withdrawal rules.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all eligible addresses within the 10000–77999 range unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For returns of large furniture items, the customer may be charged the actual cost of return transport, as permitted by Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen).


7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at contact@zelazny.se. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Konsumentköplagen.

Visible transport damage must be reported at the time of delivery whenever possible.


8. Undeliverable Locations

We do not deliver to:

  • Postal codes below 10000
  • Postal codes above 77999
  • Remote northern regions (80xxx–98xxx)
  • Islands or locations requiring special transport unless explicitly agreed in advance

If an order is placed to an unsupported location, it will be cancelled and refunded.
